Nutrition and Weight Management before and during pregnancy has a profound effect on the development of infants. This is a rather critical time for healthy fetal development as infants rely heavily on maternal stores and nutrient for optimal growth and health outcome later in life. Nutrition education and counselling is provided at our center to improve the nutritional status of women during pregnancy.

Postnatal Nutrition

After delivery, the mother’s body needs to heal and recover from pregnancy and childbirth, as well as to produce breast milk. The weight gained during pregnancy build up the stores for recovery and breastfeeding. Mothers need to maintain a healthy diet so that they can be healthy and active and able to care for their baby. A Nutritionist¬† Consultation is provided to help mothers recover post delivery.

We have a fitness center for our clients who want to lose weight in a holistic manner.

Pediatric Nutrition Management

Optimal nutritional intake along with development of healthy eating, activity patterns during the early years are vital to building resilience and protecting against chronic disease in adulthood, the seeds of which are sown in childhood. We do have a Teen’s club nutrition program at the center for inculcating good eating behavior and making of healthy kids.
